Welcome to the archive of CAD'08.The conference was aimed at CAD researchers, educators, developers, vendors, and the business community dealing with CAD technology and its financial issues. The exhibition was open to all CAD businesses including software houses, hardware manufacturers, vendors, e-businesses, educators, publishers and sectors from government agencies. CAD'07 had six tutorial presentations, three parallel sessions, and an exhibition.
Special features of CAD’08 included a key-note from the National Science Foundation, two industry talks from Autodesk and PTC, amd five tutorial presentations.The best paper and the best student paper awards, both sponsored by VX Corporation, honored the top papers and came with life-long web archival and cash prizes. The conference was held in federation with UAV'08, the 2008 symposium on unmanned aerial vehicles.
