Important Dates
December 20, 2011:
Paper title, authors, and short abstract due.
In the comments section, kindly indicate the date by which you expect you will submit the full manuscript (PDF file). Please visit the Paper Submission web page (see link on the left) to submit this information. The Lead Paper Chair Wim Bronsvoort (W.F.Bronsvoort@tudelft.nl) will be in touch to follow-up.
To prepare your PDF manuscript, download the Microsoft Word manuscript template, convert to PDF (use a free converter such as PrimoPDF if needed), and follow the instructions to submit using the CAD'12 Paper Processing System.
Note that payment of the conference registration fee, attendance, and presentation of your paper is required for accepted papers to be published.
February 15, 2012: Acceptance decision. If your paper is accepted, you will be asked to address reviewers comments and submit a final Microsoft Word version for conference presentation and/or journal publication.
March 30, 2012: The final Microsoft Word version of your paper is due.
April 11, 2012: Early Registration Cutoff. Conference and hotel registrations must be received by this date to take advantage of the early bird conference rate, and to facilitate Canadian Immigration Visa / Entry Permit assistance.
Later registrations will be accomodated on a first come, first served basis, with no guarantees!
April 30, 2012: Your presentation file is due in Microsoft PowerPoint / PDF format for inclusion on the conference proceedings USB memory key.
The USB key will be distributed at the conference, and files will also be loaded to the main conference computers.
June 11-14, 2012: The conference will be held in Niagara Falls, CANADA
