Journal Length Paper:
A full length paper (nominally 8-12 pages) that is accepted for presentation and for archival in the journal
Computer-Aided Design and Applications.
The Best Overall Paper award author(s) receive a certificate, perpetual open access archival, and US$500 cash prize. The Best Student Paper award author(s) receive a certificate, perpetual open access archival, and US$300 cash prize.
Extended Abstract: A shorter (up to 5 pages) paper that reports on early technical development and is accepted for conference presentation only.
The option to expand/improve and re-submit for consideration as a journal length paper is offered up until July 15, 2012.
Industry White Paper: A industry oriented presentation that showcases products or services - ask the Lead Paper Chair regarding journal archival suitability.
Copies of all papers and PowerPoint presentations are distributed on the conference proceedings USB memory key.

All professionally presented, good quality papers/presentations are welcome and
every effort is made to accommodate as many as space allows.
The author(s) contract that the submission has not been published elsewhere and, if accepted, that at least one author will register, attend the conference, and deliver the presentation.

Paper Submission
All materials must be submitted electronically in PDF format using the posted Microsoft Word template file.
Please download the file, format the paper according to the instructions,
and convert it to PDF.
Submission processing schedule is as follows:
December 20, 2011: Paper title, authors, and short abstract due.
